• Acts as the division's liaison to the district coordinates all division events

DLT: Division Leadership Team

• Serves alongside LTG to coordinate division functions

IP: Immediate Past

• Refers to the officers from the previous term for. IP President)

DCM: Division Council Meeting

• Monthly meetings where all clubs within the division convene

OTC: Officer Training Conference

• Hosted by the LTG where newly elected officers/prospective officers receive training

RTC: Region Training Conference

• Open to all Key Clubbers within the same region to attend Informative workshops, participate in a spirit battle, etc.

MRF: Monthly Report Form or Medical Release Form

• Excel spreadsheet to be completed monthly by Secretary or a form all members are required to bring to all events

FRS: Fall Rally South

• Held at Six Flags annually as a district PTP fundraiser

CTC: Candidate Training Conference

• Training conference for those interested in running for LTG

DCON: District Convention

• 3-day convention where all key Clubbers from the district come together to celebrate the term

ICON: International Convention

• Convention where Key Clubbers from various districts around the world attend

CNH: California-Nevada-Hawaii District

RA: Region Advisor

• Advisor to all the divisions with the region (We are in Region 2 w/ D375, 37W, 37N, and 21. Our advisors are M. Cunning & Ms.
